Molly W. Viola
Vice President of Asset Management
Molly Viola is the Vice President of Asset Management for Covenant Capital Group’s Portfolio consisting of 16,500 Multifamily units located throughout the Southeastern United States. Her duties include creating and implementing financial, operational, ESG and risk management strategies. She is responsible for analysis and reporting on investments and conducting property site inspections as well as overseeing the asset management team.
Before joining Covenant Capital Group, Molly spent the previous two years working with Medical Reimbursements of America, Inc. as an Implementation Project Manager, where she managed and developed specialized workflows to realize additional revenue for hospitals and health systems nationwide. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia (2015) and recently obtained her Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University (2023).
