Covenant Capital Group Announces Two New Hires
Parker Pezzati and Clint Smith join Nashville-based firm with more than $1 billion in real estate assets under management.
Nashville, TENN. (September 1, 2020) – Covenant Capital Group, LLC, a Nashville-based real estate investment manager that excels at revitalizing and extending the life span of strategically important apartment communities in high-growth southeastern and mid-Atlantic markets, today announces two new hires.
They are as follows:
- Parker Pezzati, as Asset Manager, is responsible for property-level financial analysis and reporting on investments.
- Clint Smith, as Acquisitions Analyst, is responsible for evaluation multifamily investment opportunities for the portfolio

Prior to joining Covenant Capital Group, Parker served four years as an Airborne Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. During his military service, Parker led soldiers on both strategic and tactical levels through various operations. As his final assignment, he deployed to Cameroon, Africa where he worked extensively with allied and multinational forces while serving as Officer in Charge of Base Defense Operations. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas (2016).
Before joining Covenant Capital Group, Clint spent the previous two years working with VMG Health as a Financial Analyst, where he performed financial and operational due diligence projects as well as over 150 fair market valuation opinions for controlling and non-controlling interest of various health care entities. Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama (2017).
