Covenant Capital Group Fund Acquires Atriums of Plantation
Nashville, Tennessee– Covenant Capital Group, LLC today announces the May 12th acquisition of Atriums of Plantation apartment community in Plantation, Florida (Fort Lauderdale).
A Commingled fund Managed by Covenant Capital Group has acquired Atriums of Plantation, a 210 unit apartment community for $16.81 million from a publicly traded REIT. This is the ninth asset acquired in the $140 million Fund. JMG Realty, Inc. will manage the property. Grandbridge Real Estate Capital arranged the $13.85 million loan provided by Fannie Mae. The fund will target additional value-add investments in apartment communities throughout the United States.
